- Quotations are estimates until confirmed in a signed work order or contract, and that agreement always takes priority over these terms.
- Travel bookings also follow the rules of the airline, hotel or transport operator.
- Our content, name and logo belong to us. Please ask before reusing them.
- These terms are governed by Indian law, and courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.

- break any law or regulation when using the website;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system;
- upload or send viruses, malware or any other harmful code;
- send spam or false or misleading enquiries, or submit another person's details without their permission;

03Website content
We take reasonable care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. However, it is provided for general information only. Descriptions, images, figures and project examples are illustrative and do not form part of any contract.
The specifications, scope, prices and timelines for your project are only those we confirm in writing in our proposal, quotation, work order or contract.
We may change, update or remove any content on the website at any time without notice.
04Enquiries & quotations
- Sending an enquiry or quote request through the website does not create a contract between you and us.
- A quotation is based on the information you give us. If the actual site conditions, scope or requirements turn out to be different, for example after a site survey, the price and timeline may change.
- Quotations are valid only for the period stated on them. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹), and taxes such as GST are charged as applicable.
- A project or booking is confirmed only when both parties accept it in writing, for example through a signed work order, purchase order, contract or booking confirmation. Where an advance is required, the project or booking is confirmed once that advance is paid.
05Projects & services
Every project we carry out is governed by its own written agreement. This covers all our project work: telecom infrastructure, electrification, city gas distribution, civil construction, solar, warehousing and water distribution. That agreement sets out the scope, price, payment terms, timelines, responsibilities, warranties and any penalties.
If anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement takes priority.
Project timelines depend on factors such as site access, approvals and permissions from authorities, availability of materials, weather and safety conditions. Where these are outside our reasonable control, timelines may need to be revised as set out in the agreement.
06Prices & payments
Payment terms, including any advance, milestone or running bill payments, are set out in your quotation, work order or contract. Invoices are payable as stated on them.
07Travelling services
- Travel bookings, including flights, hotels, transport, tours and packages, are subject to availability. They are confirmed only after we receive the required payment and send you a confirmation.
- Prices and fares may change until a booking is confirmed, because they are set by airlines, hotels and other suppliers.
- Each booking is also subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier providing the service. This includes their rules on cancellations, changes, refunds, baggage and check-in.
- Cancellation, change and refund charges depend on the supplier's rules and on any service charges we tell you about when you book.
- You are responsible for carrying valid identity documents, passports, visas and any health or travel documents your journey requires. You are also responsible for reaching check-in and departure on time.
- We arrange travel services between you and the supplier. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, overbooking, lost baggage or other acts or omissions of airlines, hotels or other suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control. We will help you deal with the supplier where we can.
- We recommend that you buy suitable travel insurance.
